Changed the 8-Bit Symphony button back to a Kickstarter button now that the Kickstarter for Part 2 is about to go live!

Further reduced the size of the game by converting the music to ogg format.
Changed the Kickstarter button to an 8-Bit Symphony button. Click it!
Moved the API. Not really worth mentioning, but there you go.

The size of the game is now less than a third, thanks to IMA-ADPCM encoding of the music. I would like to use an ogg file instead of a wav file, but that currently crashes both the game and the editor, which I suspect is due to a bug in Godot Engine.

The game now captures the mouse pointer. No more losing control of the paddle or accidentally clicking outside the window.
