Solitaire

This is my version of the classic card game Solitaire, also known as Klondike. I'm sure you know the rules.

The game works on tablets, too, although it's not optimized for them. It should work on phones as well, but you may need to rotate your phone and have tiny fingers.

Version History

May 11^th 2024

• Added sound effects. These can be disabled in Settings.
• Dropped cards now move smoothly to their new position.
• Replaced two of the deck images and added 4 more.
• Added 4 more felt colors.
• Made it easier to see which settings are selected.
• The recycle icon now changes to a cross when the deck pass limit has been reached.
• Added "Congratulations" text when the game has been completed.
• The game now pauses while in Settings.
• Fixed a bug where resetting the pile with no cards left would make the game unresponsive.
• Fixed a bug where the deck pass limit sometimes wouldn't be enforced.

September 10^th 2020

• Fixed a bug where cards would become unresponsive when they were clicked while animating.

September 1^st 2020

• Fixed a bug where the game would freeze if you triple-tapped a card on a touchscreen or triple-clicked it very fast with a mouse.
• Added animations when starting and finishing a game.

August 31^st 2020

• Fixed a bug where picking up a card and releasing it in the same spot would under certain conditions count as a move.
• The timer now doesn't start until the player moves or turns over a card.
• Added animations when picking cards from the stack.
• Changed the icon slightly.

August 30^th 2020

• First public version.
